About Polinder Coaching Group
Polinder Coaching Group was created to give people practical support for relationship stress, communication issues, and emotional patterns that feel hard to shift on their own. Our team uses clear, structured coaching methods that help clients understand their reactions, improve communication, and build healthier habits in their relationships.

Our approach is direct and grounded. We focus on how your patterns formed, how they show up today, and how to change them in ways that are realistic and sustainable. Coaching sessions are action-oriented and centered on skill building. We do not provide therapy or clinical treatment.

Each coach on our team is trained in the same frameworks, so clients receive consistent tools no matter who they work with. At the same time, every coach brings their own personality and strengths to the work. Clients choose a coach based on fit, style, and availability.

Our goal is simple. We want to help people understand themselves better, communicate more clearly, and feel more stable in the relationships that matter.

About the Founder
Polinder Coaching Group was founded by Kim Polinder, a relationship coach and author of Why We Fight: How to Fight Less and Love Better (Summer 2026). Kim’s work focuses on emotional regulation, communication, and understanding the beliefs that drive reactions in relationships. Her coaching tools reach more than 600,000 people across social media.

Kim created PCG to expand access to structured relationship coaching by training a team of coaches in the same methods she uses in her work. Every coach receives ongoing training and mentorship to ensure consistency across the practice.
Our Coaching Approach
Our coaching is practical and structured. We focus on helping clients understand their patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and communicate more clearly in their relationships. Each coach on our team uses the same core framework so clients receive consistent tools and a predictable process.

Pattern Awareness
We start by identifying the beliefs and reactions that shape your behavior. When you understand the pattern, you can change the response.

Emotional Regulation Skills
Strong relationships depend on staying centered during stress. We teach simple tools for managing activation, slowing down reactions, and making clearer choices.

Communication Tools
Most conflict comes from misinterpretation. We walk you through specific strategies for expressing needs, responding calmly, and reducing escalation.

Practical Exercises
You’ll apply what you learn between sessions. These exercises help you build new habits instead of repeating the same arguments or shutdowns.

Consistent Structure
Every coach follows the same foundational method so you get clarity, direction, and support without guesswork.

Our goal is to give you tools you can use right away. Tools that help you feel more steady, more self-aware, and more connected in the relationships that matter.
